General terms and conditions of WINELIFE Gives

Participation action

  1. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge.
  2. Participation takes place when you have completed an entry form on winelife.co.uk. Participation in actions is only possible for people aged 18 or older.
  3. Employees of WINELIFE are excluded from participating in promotions.
  4. WINELIFE is authorised at any time to change the conditions of the promotion in the interim or to discontinue the promotions without giving reasons.

Personal data

  1. Personal data of participants will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation.
  2. Participants' personal data may be used internally for subscribing to WINELIFE's newsletter, if consent is given in the promotion.
  3. All actions are governed by Dutch law.
  4. If incomplete and/or inaccurate (personal) data is provided during participation, WINELIFE shall be entitled to exclude the participation from further competition and may decide to forfeit the right to the prize to be won.

The Winner

  1. The winner of a promotion will be chosen by a draw in an impartial manner.
  2. The winner of a promotion will be notified by e-mail, with a personal message.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the email within three days of the announcement, a new winner will be selected.
  4. WINELIFE is authorised to exclude persons from participation in the event of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
  5. Participants who did not win a prize will not be notified.
  6. It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product or amount of money.
