With the wine glasses from The Emeralds collection, you'll imagine yourself back in time. Historical glory glasses looked a bit like this, with wide chalice and short stem. Glories were made in Germany from 1500 onwards from potash and sand. The colour was yellowish, green or brownish because of the wood for the ash and the metals in the sand. So using a tasting form to indicate the wine as clear, ruby-red or purplish does not succeed with these glasses.

RetroBoat in Bordeaux

Sometimes luxury wine is not enough, they must have thought at Château Les Carmes Haut-Brion. So four years ago they got the idea for ultra-luxurious packaging for a limited number of wine bottles, magnums and double magnums: a handmade presentation box in the shape of a boat. When you lift the lid, you can see the wines exhibited. The boat shape is that of the chateau's Philippe Starck-designed cellar - made of shiny metal. Not sailing along but tasting? You can order their wines via BOLOMEY.NL.

Wire steel

Founded in 2002, Point-Virgule now includes a wide range of kitchen accessories. We like the graphic look of this wine rack in the shape of a triangle to match Alexander Girard's tablecloth. It holds four bottles and is made of strong carbon steel.
