Large organic vineyard

The total area of the estate is 18 hectares and there is a private forest to walk through and a private lake. But what matters is the 15 hectares of AOC Bordeaux vines. They are on a single plot grown organically. With on 12.5 hectares the red grape varieties typical of the region: merlot (84 per cent) and cabernet-sauvignon (16 per cent). The white varieties, on about 2 hectares, are sauvignon gris (40 per cent), sauvignon blanc (25 per cent) and sémillon (35 per cent). Planting density is 3,300 plants per hectare.

Classic grapes, classic wine

From classic grape varieties, of course, you make classic wine aged in oak barrels in Bordeaux. The winemaking equipment included in the sale is modern with thermo-regulation. The winery's capacity is 770 hectolitres, with thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
