Because there is so much to tell and learn about these unique wines, there is now a free online Sherry Academy launched. This academy is intended for anyone who wants to learn (more) about Sherry Wines, Manzanilla and Sherry Azines. The academy consists of two different courses: basic and advanced. In the online Sherry Academy, you will learn about the interesting history of this area with Protected Designation of Origin. The e-learning platform offers both young and old, wine lovers and professionals the opportunity to learn more about this area and its unique products. In just a few hours, you will learn the basics about topics such as origin and production, but also everything about the different styles of Sherry, their distinctive characteristics and, of course, wine-food combinations.
