On supermarket shelves, you will find plenty of choice in wines from Chile. So many, in fact, that you would almost forget that premium wines are also made there. This brings us straight to today's protagonist: Viña Ventisquero. This relatively young player on the Chilean wine market makes premium wines in all ranges.
How did the story begin? With Chilean Gonzalo Vial, who was crazy about wine and farming. He decided to start a new project: Viña Ventisquero. From the outset, he focused on wines of the highest quality. In 1998, the first vines were planted and the new winery was built in Maipo.
