But first a word about your two insane 'collaborative edition' wines...
'Yes, that project is very close to my heart. Do you know the Dreamcatcher Foundation in South Africa? They give help and care to people with life-threatening and terminal illnesses. Belinda D'Alba of African Wines, my Dutch importer, is very involved in the work of that foundation. In collaboration with African Wines, I made a very special Chenin Blanc and Grenache Noir for this charity. Three euros from each bottle goes to the Dreamcatcher Foundation, and people can also donate some extra with each order if they want.'
And that name of your own wine label, Momento?
