Sparkling wines

BLANQUETTE DE LIMOUX

Even before champagne conceived by Benedictine monks in southern French Limoux, towards the Pyrenees. From mauzac, chenin and chardonnay with a second fermentation in bottle of at least 9 months. Only the mauzac (=blanquette) variety may be used in the AOC Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale.

CHAMPAGNE

Centuries of experience with second fermentation of wine in the bottle. And Champagne's location on limestone soils northeast of Paris, have given the region's wine a quality edge. Chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier are the main grapes. Flavours like toast and bread the highlight!

CAVA

Salud! The Spanish bubble is made according to the método tradicional Of macabeo, parellada and xarel-lo. The region of origin, Catalonia, near the coast of Barcelona, and the land-grown grapes make the flavour incomparable to champagne. Dry, floral and spicy, so a little heartier than champagne.
