Hooray! Beaujolais!

Hooray! Beaujolais!

Traditionally, young primeur wine is released on this date, compare it to dhe first asparagus or the first keg of herring. Forecast for 2025: due to the mild winter and hot summer, this year's wine has beautiful ripe fruit, promising a fuller, richer Beaujolais. Drink that wine young, because before you know it, it will be November again.
