Successful edition Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris

Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2022 ended on a very positive note after three busy days full of meetings, conversations and business meetings. Exhibitors and visitors alike enjoyed the opportunity to meet again after a 2-year hiatus. At the official opening ceremony, Julien Denormandie, French Minister of Agriculture and Food, praised. A cohesive event that benefits France's reputation abroad. Franck Riester, the French minister for foreign trade and economic development and in charge of Europe and Foreign Affairs. Highlighted "the extraordinary success of this fair supported by a sector committed to international development".

Business on the agenda

Several national and international exhibitors and buyers confirm the importance of this 2022 edition.

François Dugoua, Managing Director of Ulysse Cazabonne, highlights the success of this exceptional edition. A unique opportunity to meet international buyers:

" We look back on the end of this edition with satisfaction. Buyers confirmed their attendance and the meetings followed one another. The physical event adds value to our trade fair programme. We met our American, Russian and European buyers, not to mention the French. The timing is good. Being at a Paris trade fair is very advantageous. Customers love it because the city offers many advantages. The goal now is to build on this momentum in 2023 and we confirm in advance that we will be there again!"

Among the young winemakers seeking their first distribution networks in France and internationally on the "La Nouvelle Vague" forum. Is Azeline Delarue, winemaker and owner of Vins d'Azel. Happy to have won over her first international customers:
"Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris is our first trade fair. We had many contacts, especially with importers, who showed great interest in our products. They are looking for family estates with special individuality and character, linked to the personality of the producer. There was a positive business climate."

The joy of meeting again

Meeting, making contacts and conviviality are also the strong points of the event for many exhibitors and visitors.

Bruno Kessler, Chief Wine Maker at Cordier by InVivo, emphasises the connecting role of these 3 days:

"This event, following the birth of our new identity, united the dynamics of our teams. Who rediscovered the conviviality of direct contact with our customers and prospects. We welcomed many people and at the same time had the necessary time to make qualified appointments with visitors."

The joy of being together

Above all, let's not forget the convivial and festive nature of Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris. Both inside and outside the exhibition halls.

Gérard Bertrand, Chairman of the Gérard Bertrand Group, said:

Following the dynamic success of the 2022 edition of Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris, Vinexposium is preparing the 2023 edition under one motto: to enhance and enrich the business experience of all attendees while enthusing professionals from across the industry.
The next edition of WINE PARIS & VINEXPO PARIS will be held from 13 to 15 February 2023.
