Architecture firm Fusion designed the public spaces: 'We are very excited about the timeless interiors of the wine bar, dining room, verandas, swimming pool and rooftop bar with views to die for.' You can choose from a room or a bungalow with interiors that blend seamlessly into the indigenous gardens. With as many as 39,000 fynbos plants, as the Cape Floral region is one of the most fertile areas for plants in the world. It smells really good here, too. During the day, you can taste wines from nearby farmers, picnic, browse the craft market or tour the vineyards on a Segway. In the afternoon, dive into the spa and there is a Cape Herbal Bath House. Bathing in luxury is less crazy when you know that this hotel has a Fairtrade label.
