Have you ever tasted a Spätburgunder? This is an exciting, complex wine in which there is a lot to taste. First of all, that compote of blueberry, blackberry and currants with a lick of strawberry yoghurt on top. That combines perfectly with the spicy aromas and slightly earthy tone. This is a great summer wine as it is not too heavy and tastes best slightly chilled. We prefer to drink it with an aperitif, with some charcuterie. But with a mushroom risotto, it is definitely in place.
