This is a wine for the slightly more adventurous wine drinker! It is an organically made natural wine with a wonderful balance of acidity, bitterness and fruit. The latter is not to be missed: clementine, fresh quince, papaya, grapefruit and lime. But it couldn't be otherwise with its name; Pomone is the Roman goddess of fruit trees, orchards and gardens. The entire Amstramgram range consists of IGP (Indication Géografique Protégée) wines, as the blends transcend the different origins. Try it with roasted meats or spicy curries.
