Nothing finer than Italian food accompanied by a fine wine. Young chef Luigi Esposito prepares it for you with great attention to detail at Materia restaurant in Antwerp, ranked 37 in the top 50 Ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo 2025.

In September, Luigi will also cook among the vines of the Valke Vleug wine estate in Liezele. In honour of its fifth anniversary, there are several gastronomic evenings there when two top chefs cook together. Luigi cooks with the chefs of Dutch restaurant Aroma and Senzanome* from Brussels (place 14 in the top 50). Neapolitan chef Luca Fabozzi, star in making artisanal sourdough pizzas, will also join in for an evening.
