Nothing is more comforting than a plate of pasta. Except wine, in its time. That is why we are so pleased with the new cookbook Carbs, carbs, carbs by Meike Krüger. Pasta, potatoes, noodles, rice, pulses, bread and dough play a starring role in it. And those foods contain a lot of carbohydrates, carbs in English.
