One of the most underrated wines of our time is made from gewurztraminer. This organic wine from Rapel Valley has the same elegance, but with muscle.
Indeed, it tastes surprisingly mineral, with a very nice sweet-sour balance and bitterness. In addition, it is nicely floral but combined with a fine spiciness and the freshness of lychee. We tasted it with sushi, but it also goes very well with something spicy or something tasty from the sea.
