This rosé is called Nuances and that is absolutely right.
Indeed, it is a lesson in subtlety. This typical southern French blend is not a pushy type, of the screaming fruit bomb kind, but a wine that slowly wins you over.
It is a dry appearance that only in your mouth reveals that there is more behind its pale pink colour. The wild strawberry, ripe raspberry and hint of spiciness go seamlessly with a sushi, a salad with goat cheese or simply as an aperitif in good company.
