This is pure Provençal class, from a cru classé, or very well-situated vineyard that has been managed by the Fabre-Grimaldi family for 18 generations. Everything is right with this delicately hued rosé brimming with flavour. The blend of the classic grape varieties cinsault, grenache noir and syrah is spicy, fruity and fresh without being acidic. Serve this wine mainly as an aperitif, but also serve it at the table. We loved the combination of lamb chops with Provençal herbs with this.
