The Art of Drinks, largest drinks festival in the Netherlands

The Art of Drinks brings the best beers, wines and spirits under one roof. On 29 October 2022, drinks brands, suppliers and importers from all over the world will come to the Gashouder in Amsterdam. 

The Art of Drinks brings together more than 1,000 different drinks under one roof

The Art of Drinks is the festival for everyone with a love for drinks, whether you are an enthusiastic home bartender, wine connoisseur or a curious epicure. During The Art of Drinks, you will meet the makers of the finest drinks from all over the world. Listen to the stories behind the brand and go in search of your new favourite drink while tasting.

Enjoy special cuvees from the prestigious Bordeaux wine house Barons Rothschild, join a highly exclusive whisky tasting or learn all about Mezcal. The full festival programme will be announced soon, but in total there are sure to be more than 1,000 different alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to taste at The Art of Drinks. With the tasting glass you get upon entry, you can taste most drinks for free.

Trends

The Art Of Drinks is pre-eminently the event to discover new trends. "This year, you can taste remarkably many new rums and tequilas at the festival. It's great to see that these global trends have also landed in the Netherlands." - said Albert van Beeck Calkoen, director of The Art of Drinks.

But also for rediscovering old familiar drinks, the Gashouder is the place to be. "With a remarkable number of single malt whiskies, The Art of Drinks is no less than a whisky festival" continues van Beeck Calkoen. "That this category is still leading you can experience here."

Live music and food trucks

With fine drinks comes good music and good food, of course. The Riverside Trio will provide live jazz in the afternoon and in the evening DJs from De Kopstootbar will throw a little party in the Gashouder. Several food stands can also be found on the festival grounds. Of course, a drinks board with your new favourite wine or grilled chicken with that delicious IPA cannot be missed.
