After two and a half years of reclamation, Amsterdam Wine Festival is back with an extra festival day, twelve wine countries and three hundred open wines.
21 April to 24 April 2022
On Thursday 21 April to Sunday 24 April, the Gashouder will once again be transformed into the Southern Hemisphere's harvest festival. Quality, diversity and as close to the source as possible. These are the main focal points for the composition of the wine menu.
From entry-level wines to unique cellar treasures for advanced wine lovers. Immerse yourself in everything South Africa, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, and Argentina have to offer. In addition, discover the rich offerings of the unknown, highly interesting wine countries. Like Peru, Brazil, Uruguay, Tasmania and Bolivia.
Amsterdam Wine Festival, after five cancelled editions, pours the glass a little fuller. Not three but four days celebrate the return of the largest wine festival in the Netherlands. From Thursday to Sunday, enjoy 300 open wines from 12 wine countries with winemakers flown in. From lots of wine tasting at themed wine bars. To special master classes to get even more in-depth. Want to brush up on your wine knowledge? Take part in the many quizzes held on stage. The Amsterdam Wine Festival is complemented by fantastic food from the countries where the wines come from. And, of course, live bands and DJs to complete the party.
