A journey back in time, and a step towards the future. Discover what the modern interpretation of ‘oerwijn’ is – as it was broadly produced before the Second World War. And find out how natural wine is shaping the wine landscape for the coming decades.
You’ll taste exemplary wines from various international regions, in a range of types and styles. From unfiltered whites and reds to ‘pet-nat’ and orange (amber) wines. We’ll learn about the theory behind natural wine, how and where it originated, and what the rules actually are – or rather, what they aren’t.
